You might still have thrush. Open skin is more vulnerable to thrush. Itchy flaky skin is a sign of thrush.

Follow thrush protocol. Get some all purpose nipple ointment.

Go to kellymom.com for tips on biting/scraping and thrush.

Good luck! Sorry you are in such pain.
