are you getting enough calcium/magnesium/Vit D? those are all super important and a big reason to get cramps like that. I started to get charlie horses a few weeks ago and ran out and got a good liquid cal/mag supplement (floradix makes a really good one) and right away they went away and have not come back. my midwife also suggested tissue salts.. Mag Phos I believe.
hope it helps...its really no fun.
Ditto to MamaFern's comment about calcium and magnesium. However, it can give you the runs. so I take 1 adult pill and 1 children's gummy vite chewable so far so good. Also look for Cal Calm, it's sold in individual packets as well so you can sample it. MW said it works faster than anything else when you're hit with those cramps/ charlie horses. I have some just in case.

I haven't taken supplements in a couple days now...used to take Floradix, Rainbow Light, and a fish oil...

Then I puked up a half-digested rainbow light and ripped my throat up...nothing like puking blood for a couple hours and hardly being able to swallow to turn you off vitamins.

It's literally impossible for me to keep them down right now. I figure it's better to keep my dinner down (I need the calories- still nursing DD, too) than lose it all in the name of a supplement. On a side note, I'm having this crazy excess-saliva deal I didn't have with DD, even when my HG was bad.

Thanks for the input, though! All good ideas
