I've been wanting to do this forever!

We just moved into a 3 bdrm from a 2 bdrm. Our master is big now, so we have our king pushed up side by side to the kids queen! It's one huge, comfy bed. It's awesome. The kids were sleeping on the queen together in their room, but w/the big move, we wanted them to feel secure so we are co-sleeping again (they are 3 and 2). They sleep on the queen and we are on the king and then there is plenty of room for the baby when he/she arrives! There is a twin in their room for my dd's quiet time and ds naps on our massive bed in our room! The 3rd room is a playroom. Loving it and just had to share w/some mamas who may get my excitement!

That sounds awesome! I have always wanted to do that as well, but we've never had nearly enough room in any one room for all of us, so our three boys sleep together in their room and we sleep in ours (with the anticipation of dc4 sleeping in our bed for the first year at least too). We love cosleeping with our children; it just became too crowded and nobody was sleeping comfortably- too many tangles and wakings.

I am very happy for you! It's such a better use of space too!

Hey thanks! That's just it though...we are sleeping well. If we weren't they we wouldn't do it. That is what matters. Your boys all have each other...they are cosleeping and babe will be with you! Awesome! I'll have to pm you. I see UBA2C in your siggy. I am pregnant w/my third and having a HBA2C. I'm 27 weeks and just about to hire a midwife...

We just moved our two queens into one room and pushed them together, and we got rid of DS's sidecarred crib. We are calling the two queens the "uber-bed." It's awesome. We're ALL sleeping so much better. Hooray for bed rooms that are really about beds!
