They look really cute! Great fabrics, and did you actually make one with gussets too or did I just see that wrong? YUMMY! One thing that I noticed on your little one is that they didnt seem to have much room for growth? (The tabs look close to the ends?) Maybe extend the tabs a little for more growing room. I could be wrong, either way they look great. Good job mama.

Oh those are so cute! Is that from the mama bird pattern? That's how her AIO is done so it dries faster. I think the sweet sunshine from janellespuls use to be done that way too. Very cool.

you might like your tabs done like this

I always do anyway. It makes it harder for my dd to grab them and take them off too because she doesn't have that solid edge of the FOE to use as leverage *LOL*. She wasn't big on taking off her diaper unless there was a handle handy for her to do so. With the tabs, she never gave it more than a little fiddle and would give up.

Thanks for sharing your pictures!

thanks, ladies. thet are from the mama birds pattern, modified to have elastic on the inner layer as well. this way, it works like gussets without my actually having to deal with trying to sew the gussets on.
you're right, not much room for growth (though the pattern says 10-20lbs and desi is not even 11 lbs yet) I am going to try making the wings longer or adding tabs. not sure which yet.
thank you all for the input.
