I have one soaker and i love it soooo much. Since i can't afford to buy a bunch of them i have decided to learn how to knit. wooohooo!!!! I won't be able to get my books, needles, and yarn for a couple weeks. Now i am wondering are there knitting or crotcheting how to's on line? how would i go aobut finding humanely raised (sheep) wool?

can you tell i am the impatient sort?

ooh thanks, actually i had planned on starting with acrylic...how would i go about finding local sheep farms. most of the fields around here are full of beef cattle. and if you get it straight from the farm how do you get it spun? do you all spin it yourselves?
