I not only lurk here, but also at a few mainstream boards and came across this little tidbit as a reason to circumcise:

(Paraphrased) - w/o the foreskin, bacteria can't get stuck IN the penis thereby causing prostate cancer down the road.

BTW, the doc also told this person that circumcision reduces the chances of prostate cancer.

oh. okay.

well, at least they got a good reason for doing it.

um, okay, i will stop now cause there is really nothing that can be said about that comment.

I was on a chat with The lady from Nocirc. I can't remember her name right now... help me out?

Anyway, she actually said that there is evidence of increased cancer with circumcized men at the circumcision site.

The only case of penile cancer I have ever heard of either in real life or on the internet was a circumcised man. Guess where the cancer was? Dead on the circumcision scar! There must be a connection there!
