I've been doing the jelly roll too. My DD is beyond blow outs now but I still find it the easiest fold so far.

I think it's a good fold, but I don't think I'm doing it properly because I"m constantly getting poop on my covers. My daughter is 18 months so her poops are fairly solid (somewhat mushy) and it seems like every time she poops in a prefold it gets on the cover. Is this normal?
