I'm thinking of jumping back into the workforce after over a decade and had some questions . . . in case anyone is reading.
First, what the heck do you wear to the interview?? I'm worried about being over-dressed, and I'm worried about being under-dressed. I live in a pretty casual area where business suits are a rarity. On the other hand, I hear you should dress slightly better than the people interviewing you. This question is nerve-racking!
Second, if you've had an employment gap due to being a SAHM, how to you best reflect this in your resume and cover letter?
Finally, how did your family adjust? Did you get the extra help at home that you needed? Was your DP supportive?
TIA!
