Hello ladies!!!!!<br><br>
Did everyone get July started off on the right foot!? Get it!<br><br>
Do you need help getting motivated or staying motivated? This thread helps me keep track of my work outs and makes me accountable....<br><br>
Start a thread and post your exercise. I post cardio but your exercise might be a walk in the fresh air. E erything counts!!! Don't worry about a goal if you can't make one.....just post<br><br>
My goal this month is 1200 minutes I sprained my ankle and need to go easier this month.<br><br>
7/1 - 30 minutes weights<br>
7/2 - 45 minutes run<br><br>

<p>I've seen these threads before and it's inspired me, so I'm joining you for July. <span id="user_yui_3_10_0_1_1372772759672_1149"><img alt="smile.gif" id="user_yui_3_10_0_1_1372772759672_1148" src="http://files.mothering.com/images/smilies/smile.gif"></span> My goal is 1000 minutes of any exercise or, if I can't make it to 1000 minutes, to keep track of what I can do and feel good about any accomplishments toward the goal that I do make! Here's what I've done so far:</p>

<p>So I exercised 1034 minutes last month, mostly walking.  I'm going to try to increase it to 1300 this month and try to add some exercise that is a bit more intense. </p>

<p>Haven't done one of these in a while! I've been doing a crossfit class for the last few months and I love it! Also just started a pole dancing/aerial hoops class, which is super fun.</p>

<p>7/1 - 40 minutes crossfit</p>

<p>Total: 120 minutes</p>

Hi everyone!<br><br>
I'm always inspired by these monthly fitness goal threads and would really love to join you this month.<br><br>
It's the middle of winter where I live & motivation is definitely lacking so will be great to feel accountable <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.mothering.com/images/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
I'm aiming to do something every day so will aim for 1000 & see where I end up!<br><br>

7/3 - 30 minutes total. Walking on beach and laps in pool<br>
7/4 - 40 minutes total. 20 minutes swimming laps 20 minutes running<br><br>

<p>I did get off to a good start I didn't expect.  Went "camping" and dropped the girls off at girl scout camp (5 minutes away) during the day.  We chose a walk-in campsite which ended up giving me at least 200 minutes just walking back and forth between the car (and usually hauling a cartload of stuff), up up up and over a long pedestrian bridge over the river and uphill a bit to the campsite.  Moderate, too.  In addition I went on a couple of walks myself.  </p>

<p>So, for the time away, I'm awarding myself 330 minutes of easy to moderate walking, which is probably a conservative estimate.  I'm now halfway to my goal of more than last month!</p>

It's been a slow start...haven't been able to get out and do something everyday as I've been unwell.<br><br>
On a positive note, this has inspired me to clean up my diet. Sugars were starting to creep back in here and there but now I'm back to a low sugar way of life! Also getting lots more fluids and green tea in so feeling better too.<br><br>
