Anybody else other than me who can not go through a day without some kind of junk food or drink?

I feel horrible after eating candy or drinking soda but I just can't go through a day without it!!

I really hope it doesn't have a huge impact on DS2. I mean I'm not saying I am HUGE and gained a lot, cause I didn't, I gained about 20-25lbs so far in my 33 week....

I'm just wondering if there is anyone else...

What are your cravings?

My first trimester, my cravings were all healthy (as far as my non-vegan not-entirely-organic usual diet goes) - cottage cheese, grapes, tangerines. The last few weeks, though? All about the junk food. I've craved Pop Tarts (ew. ewewewew. But apparently necessary), chocolate pudding cups (I don't even like them when I'm NOT pregnant! wtf?), and chocolate chip cookies (at least that one makes sense).

It makes that whole thing about "your body craves what you body needs" seem kind of silly, doesn't it? I can't imagine that baby actually needs 8 thousand preservatives and a mountain of glucose! (but oh, so good when I do cave in...)

I've also been on a sugar binge the last few weeks... my normally healthy vegetarian diet has become clogged with sugary cereals, cake (well, it WAS DH's birthday after all), chocolate milk...I'm hoping it's a growth spurt thing and will pass .

Ice cream...this happened in he end of my pregnancy with my son. It doesn't help that I keep getting coupons for ColdStones and Dairy Queen.

: I am loving girl scout cookies these days. Chocolate, and more chocolate, I know not to eat it, but it just stares at me until it reaches my mouth: Time to start craving "healthy" food!

I tried to cut out all soda pop when we got our BFP, but the cold flat Pepsi and iced down carbonated Pepsi felt SO good on my upset tummy.
Then I started to gain MORE weight than I should've and QUIT all forms of any drink except milk and water.

But lately I want Pepsi again! I usually let myself indulge in one glass during the week when I have some popcorn or pizza....but this past week~wooo! It's all I want!
Doing good at staying away though! But if I let down my guard for a second....LOL!

herbmama3-7, Mmmm! Girl scout cookies!
We didn't order any cookies (no one asked us to buy any! )
But they usually start selling them outside the grocery store and/or in the mall! I'm on the lookout this weekend! Someone at church got GS cookies the other day and all I could think about were those ones covered in chocolate, coconut and caramel!!! *drool*
