I am actually from the August DDC (edd 8/5), but I thought that I would introduce myself.

My name is Sarah and I am the mother of three daughters, and I am expecting twins this summer! So, there is a high possibility that I might have them in July...which as long as I make it to 37 weeks, they will be born at home.

So, hello!!!

Welcome!!!

We're all pretty sure that Spark there is gonna be one of the twin-mamas, too, even though she doesn't know for sure yet.

(maybe she'll even be our first triplet mama!!!) :

I was pregnant with triplets, but lost one (as far as we know) around eight weeks or so. I only had an U/S to "rule out" multiples because of severe hyperemesis. Couldn't rule it out after all!!

I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your third. And, then hyperemisis. Awww, how are you feeling now? Are you on any medication & able to gain (or at least not lose)?

I am still losing, but I think it is going to taper off soon. I have only lost 11 poubds, so not too bad. I am on Zofran and have gone in a couple times for IV fluids, which really helps. Last time I was on home IV's and the sub-Q pump, so this is a huge improvement.

I have dealt with it for three pregnancies, and while this one was the most intense, I am at 11 weeks and have had three good days in a row. I was sick with the last until 17 weeks, and I didn't have good days.

Wow, if hyperemesis is a sign of multiples I feel like I should be owed a set of twins by now!
Glad you're starting to feel better.

Nice to meet you! Hyperemesis is awful--glad to hear you're feeling somewhat better. And that you have a good reason for it this time!
