<p>This stood out to me:</p>

<p><strong><span style="color:rgb(17,17,17);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, sans-serif;line-height:18px;background-color:rgb(239,239,239);">“Without a conscientious belief exemption, the state is essentially saying that those individuals harmed or killed by vaccines are necessary for the greater good,” Leon said. “I find this abhorrent and offensive.”</span></strong></p>
