The Sprint HQ is in eastern Overland Park, as I recall. I'm thinking 20-25 minutes normally; more with traffic.
We just moved here and wanted to be on the KS side because the homeschool laws are much easier. What part of the vaccine laws are you referring to? AFAIK, both MO and KS allow for medical and religious exemptions, and neither allow for philosophical.
