My poor ds is a tick magnet <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/greensad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="greensad"> I have gotten at least 6 off him in the last few weeks. Mostly in his head so I gave him a nice summer cut <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> My dd has never had a tick sit down on her <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/dizzy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Dizzy">: so ds is making up the difference it seems.<br><br>
So is there any thing I could do to make him less appealing to these nasty things?? Something so he could eat maybe or something I can put on him besides chemicals?

I find eating garlic helps keep chiggers, ticks and mosquitoes away (along with some people).<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/duck.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Duck">:<br><br>
I also put a little tea tree oil in a spray bottle with rubbing alcohol and spray it on, it also seems to work against the same bugs as above.<br>
