What do you do for keepsakes when there are none? We lost all our children so early, there's never been a handprint, picture, etc.

We have certain sympathy cards on the wall. A blanket my mom sent for one of them is on a living room shelf, so are some baby clothes. At Christmas, we hang up stockings for them. We're currently working on Baby Announcements to mail (but there again, they can't be photo ones.)

Any ideas? I'm so frustrated. All the help I've found so far has been for women farther along.

(If any of you have put something like an urn in a public place (ie living room), let me know. I've avoided it *only* so I don't see anyone's face contort, kwim?)

Any ideas?

I have a shelf that has a special figurine for each of my children. I know this isn't a keepsake exactly but I have a collage of framed pictures on the wall of each of my girls. Each one of them has one frame that has their name etched on the glass. Included in the collage is a frame w/my son's picture and name and then each of my early losses have their own frame w/a beautifully designed paper in it (special to that particular child) w/their names also etched in the glass.
