What is a good source for kefir grains? I just got turned on to the stuff and I LOVE it. I've been making my own yogurt for a while now and I'd like to start making my own kefir, but there are so many sources of grains out there I don't know what to choose. Does it absolutely have to be started from grains? Can you not use existing kefir to start a culture?
