Do you mean kefir, the probiotic drink? I drink it all the time. From what I understand, you can consume all the probiotics your bowels can handle when you are breastfeeding. It's actually really good at preventing thrush and it's great for your immune system, which I imagine would help DEtox instead of adding toxins.
Just my thoughts, though.

yes I ment kefir I just cant spell lol
If something detoxes you though doesnt it go into your breastmilk? I dont get it... like if you lose to much weight to quickley for example all the toxins that were stored in your fat cells release into your blood stream and into your milk right? Or am I just completley confused?

Probiotics usually do not leave the gut, they just restore balance there, which can still do a lot for a person. So while it is unlikely that the probiotics themselves would be passed to the baby, your imrpoved health will benefit your baby in many ways.
