Anyone have a tasty recipe for ketchup?

I've realized it's the only thing I still buy that contains high fructose corn syrup. I can buy the organic kind but I'd like to make my own.

Here's mine.
It works well with Eden Foods crushed tomatoes. Adjust the lemon juice and sweetener to match various brands.

homemade ketchup:

1 28-oz can whole or crushed tomatoes (eden foods makes a plain variety), drained
1 TB sugar or other sweetener
1/2 TB lemon juice
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1/2 tsp onion powder

combine in blender and puree until very smooth. refrigerate to keep (will need to stir to combine after refrigeration). If it is too runny, drain in kitchen sieve to remove some liquid.

here is the one I use

3 cups canned tomato paste
1/4 cup whey
1 tbsp sea salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp cayenne
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup fish sauce

mix all ingredient well, place in quart sized wide mouth mason jars and leave at room temperature for about 2 days then put in fridge.
