Dandelion is also very mild and safe. Milk thistle is also good for the liver, and alfalfa and rosehips for the kidneys if I recall. And I think those are all mild too, but not familiar with them during pregnancy in particular. And managing pain is definately important, so don't worry about it. Fear and stress are rough on the kidneys, lol.
