Hey there, who is making kimchee? I want an authentic working recipe with the fermented fish.
I had a college friend (way back when) and her mom used to send her jars of it and she'd keep it in the closet and it stunk like hell but we all ate it with much relish, especially in soups.
Store bought does not taste the same....
