Basically Sheila is defending NIP, and Dave is saying that women should leave the room because men cant help staring.

b) I've NIP'd many times, and never noticed any men staring.

I don't understand, why people "have" to stare. If you don't want to look, turn away. I personally haven't had any people stare, but when I am out in public and bf you can't tell I am doing it. Everything is covered. Some people are just ignorant!
