I am new to this site and I am wondering if there is any one out there in the kitsap county area? I live in Port Orchard and am very new to washington. Need some adult conversation to save sanity, if there are any sane moms still out there. I am beginning to realise that all moms are a little crazy.

If there is anyone out there that will take pity on me and say hi, I'd appreciate it.

It's pretty slow on here during the weekends, so a little lag's to be expected.

There are a few Moms groups around here I am sure you'd be interested in joining.

Feel up to camping this weekend? About ten of the sites are Mamas local to you, and that would be a great way to pop on into things!

Kitsap is to the "left" of Seattle across the sound.

I live in Kitsap county between Gorst and Belfair. (Boonies, I know) Glad to see others (a few) out here. Happy Bday to your DD! I also moved here from Ill. - Springfield, but have been here for 12 years. It is difficult to meet people who share my baby wearin', cloth diaperin', selective vaxin', non-circin' parenting choices! There is a wetland trail in Belfair that is really beautiful if you want to meet for a walk sometime.

Hi all! I'm so excited that there are others in this area! We live between Gig Harbor, Belfair and Port Orchard, in the Rocky Bay area near Vaughn. Anyone heard of it?? I hadn't! We moved here about 2 years ago from Seattle. Not having neighbors (we live on 10 acres) it's hard to meet other mums!

We're in Kitsap County, but we're way closer to Seattle than to Pt. Orchard or Gig Harbor - if only there was a bridge from Bainbridge to Bremerton... but that'll never happen
