i can't believe i hadn't thought of this before, but i can't ever recall of anyone else ever mentioning it...should i be taking my tongue ring out when i drink kombucha? i have a stainless steel bar in my tongue...oh my! i guess i should be taking it out!!!

I'm currently drinking homemade kombucha and got my tongue pierced yesterday. So far nothing has affected it, it feels nice and cool, and is really good for your immune system so if anything my non professionalism would say it's perfectly fine, because it's so good for your gut and system, it may even speed up the process
