OK, reassure me. . .

I made my first sauerkraut last week, and it is great, so I jumped right into cucumbers. . .

I used the proportions from Wild Fermentations website, and they smell *great*, but the brine is cloudy. This is day 2, by the way.

In my childhood, we always had LF pickles from the local deli, and they were always cloudy, so this is OK in mine, right???

I did a search, but I could not seem to find the answer.

Thanks!

Thanks!

Oh, man. . . These are good. They remind me of the "half-sours" that I used to get as a kid.

I need more cukes, lol. This batch is only going to last us a week.

This forum is awesome! I have so much reading to do. . .
