any btdt mamas know whether it's OK to use lansinoh while treating a mild case of thrush? my nips are mighty sore and i thought the lansinoh might help. i would let them air dry (after washing with vinegar rinse) before putting the cream on, so no worries about trapping moisture, but still just wasn't sure if i should leave them alone to do their thing. and also not sure whether lansinoh would even help? the only other time my nips were sore was in the very beginning, but that was for a completely different reason...

I think lansinoh makes them hurt more, because it worsens the thrush.

Just give them air and UV rays, if at all possible. (sit in the direct sunlight under a window, if you can't be topless outside.)
