I was just wondering if there are any moms from around here. I moved to lasqueti in july. I used to meet up with the vancouver moms sometimes. They are a wonderful group of women

I am a mom to an 11 year old ds, who lives with his dad in langley, bc a 8 yr old dd and a 2 yr old ds. I cloth diaper (thanks to the vancover moms) We eat mostly organic food and we try to buy meat and fish locally. I did sling ds on and off for 23 months. I am still nursing,we have a family bed.
I was hoping to meet and talk with moms around here. I don't homeschool but dd goes to the local small school there are only 9 children in her class.

really? no one ever moves here. Maybe away from here

Who is she? I don't know alot of ppl but maybe I know her. pm me when you visit we can get together. It is so beautiful. I love to watch the ocean. hear the birds. I walk around and I am learning which trees are which. I don't think I fit in with the ppl but it is a small place so I hear it takes longer.

Her name is Solona... Have you met? It always takes a while in smaller communities. It took me well over a year in my smaller comunity. We were always told that our next stop would be there... but more teasing because people think we are such hippies
