I've never heard of Laundry soda. But I've used Baking Soda in my whites quite often...works great

No! Laundry soda is WASHING SODA and you can find it at HEB in the laundry aisle!!!!!

You CAN use baking soda in your wash, but if you are making laundry soap as I think you are, use only the WASHING SODA! :LOL
