Does your child like Little House on the Prairie? You could learn about the Ingalls' time there and the places they lived. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up"> Maybe make some sunbonnets or some of the foods from the cookbooks, or make a mini "dugout" in your yard. Or you could branch out into the whole pioneer experience.
