My best feeling is a boy. I think I am right
A little snow! We drove to our u/s in the middle of a blizzard! It was very irrisponsible, but hey. There were accidents on every block, and we could not see 10 feet in front of us. Best of luck!

No penis there, lol.

I have been really sad all morning; I was so sure it was a boy. I really really really hoped for a boy and all my dreams were boy dreams. I don't know if I'm crushed b/c it's not what I'd hoped for or because we asked the u/s tech to write it down for us so we could find out when we were alone and ready to know, and the doctor read the ultrasound results out loud to us and mentioned "female".

I feel a little better about it. The girl/boy thing shouldn't matter so much...but somehow it does.

Editing to add: if you know me "in real life" please don't tell others...DH really doesn't want to tell anyone but I figured you all could know safely...except for at least one of you, so please keep it a secret if you live near me

I wish we could have switched ultrasound results so we both got the results we "dreamed" of, but in the end we are going to both be so happy when we see those little faces the first time!

Congrats to you!!!!!!!!!!!

I know how you feel. With ds I had a strong dream that he was a girl. EVeryone, including my mom who is right 99% of the time, told me they thought it was a boy, but I hung on. I had to get used to the idea that it was a boy, and was dissapointed. Lame as it sounds, it helped to go out and get some cute boy things. It just takes a while to get used to, you will get over that feeling, so hang in there.

Your belly is so cute...

Congrats on joining team pink! It's ok to be a little bummed - you'll be excited and ready when she comes!

I get the bummed thing. i cried for about 10 minutes after the u/s. you do know, in your head, it shouldn't matter but when you get used to something, it's hard when you have to give that up. You will still love this baby

It's kind of cool b/c the baby actually looks "this way" and you see it's whole face, not just the profile. It's sort of scary looking at the same time, lol.

At the end the legs split and it SO looks like a boy! I made the mistake of posting it to my blog and a friend wrote in right away "congrats on your little boy". What is that, the umbilical cord hanging down???
