WWYD w/ these?<br><br>
My sister and I were making a sw potato pie for thgiving. We burned the 1st batch of sweet potatoes we cooked for filling, so we just stuck them in the fridge and cooked some more. The pie was deeeeeeelicious, but now I have a tupperwarefull of cooked, unflavored, smoky sweet potato. Any ideas?

I would use them as the base for a split pea soup. I would cook the split peas and then puree it all together with some cashews. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/yummy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="yummy">
