I have back pain - mostly the bra line down to my tail bone. It seems pretty normal (I have a terrible back) and my chiropractor and yoga really helps. However, I now have constant pain in my upper right thigh and upper right hamstring. This seems so unusual. It is never on my left leg (yet, right?). I did not have this with my first. What is this? Is this sciatica? Yoga makes it worse. My chiro thinks it is my expanding pelvis, but I don't know if he is right. It isn't quite groin pain, but it is almost that high. I really need relief - anyone else have experience with this?

This sounds like sciatic nerve pain, I have this as well and it typically gets worse for me as I get bigger. The only thing I have found to help is rest, chiropractic, massage and warm baths.

I hope you find some relief!

Warmly,
Erin
