it seems so much more real now! i can't wait to feel this babe moving soon!

i got out my old maternity pants and found a newborn sleeper that my daughter wore.
i am so excited. plus my mom promised to take me on a maternity clothes shopping spree on boxing day at her house, no stores around me.

Yup, I'm packing it on too but it looks more like an extra tire around my belly than a baby. Either way, I love it! I look at it this way - that extra tire is padding to protect this growing baby. How could I not love that? And boy do I need it! We cosleep w/ my 4 yr old son who is a very active sleeper. He kicked me in the belly 4 times last night! I learned to sleep on my other side very quickly.

I've been wearing maternity for a bit since my pants were just too tight but I'm 13 weeks now and I think its pretty obvious I adore big pregnant bellies, even when it makes me uncomfy and huge feeling....theres just something about knowing your body is making a nest for a sweet baby.....its just wonderful!

I have not been able to fit into my regular jeans/shorts for awhile now. (I live in AZ, so I'm still in shorts quite a bit.) My belly has just been too bloated/uncomfortable to cram into the old stuff. I started digging through my maternity stuff, and I found a couple things (a pair of jeans and a pair of shorts) that will work for now. I also got some really comfy stretchy leggings last week. Many of my maternity clothes are for summer, because I was dressing in maternity from May-November last time. This is in AZ, so I was wearing tanks, shorts, skirts, and dresses pretty much all of the time!

My pajama pants, which I live in a lot, are getting too small (pair by pair). I found a pair in my maternity stuff. I really had to draw in the drawstrings, though, as the pants stuck out from the front of my belly about six inches!

I have definitely started popping...to the untrained eye, though, I feel like people may look at me and think, "Gee, that girl likes her desserts!" :)

Happy, and comfy, dressing to all!
I had a bit of a belly before hand, but I could do a fairly decent job of holding it in if I wanted to, but now it just has to hang out there. People probably think i am further along than 12 weeks, maybe like 5 months, but oh well, pregnant is pregnant right. And when my sister puts her hand on my belly it's kinda funny because there's no baby up there, I am starting to feel a small bulge though which is getting me very excited, and I can't wait to do some maternity clothes shopping in the next month or so, my birthday was last week, but i told Dh I didnt want anything yet because I want to be free to pick out some clothes for myself when the time comes. It's getting so exciting

I look way further along than my 11 weeks 4 days but I figure I am allowed since I've got three cooking. My mom just took me on a maternity shopping spree this last weekend and I am thrilled.

No more yoga pants at work!! I'm still a bit small for the belly panels in the jeans but at least I can wear something other than the same two pairs of yoga pants every single day.

We are visiting family for Thanksgiving and I washed all my jeans only to find they don't fit! I had to run to the mall and get a pair of maternity jeans and one of those belly sleeves that let's you unbutton your pants underneath.

With my first two I didn't show for a while, but I'm thinking number 3 is making an appearance.

I'm only 9 weeks, but I had to buy maternity clothes already. It's my 5th pregnancy, 4th to make it this far, so I'm not exactly surprised. I know a lot of it is bloat, though I don't really know what's up with my weight distribution, since I've actually lost weight since getting pregnant. But also, my uterus is the size of a large grapefruit, so obviously the rest of my organs are being squished up. I have a B-shaped belly, (super defined waist), so I'll be glad when I get big enough to smooth that dip out. I feel like I just look like I have 2 big fat rolls that have gotten bigger (this is true) but I don't look, to the unknowing eye, pregnant. So far, I have 1 pair of maternity jeans (the Target version of the Motherhood secret fit belly), 1 bella band for the one or two pairs of jeans that I can wear with them, 2 maternity shirts, and 2 regular shirts that still fit, but are still tight. Luckily, I'm home most of the time, so I don't need to wear clothes every day. Now I just need some bras, and maternity garments ("mormon underwear", which I wear by themselves when it's just us at home.) Eventually, I'm going to want a couple nice maternity outfits for church (I'm too sick to go right now anyway,) and a couple more casual outfits, but that can wait for another month or so.

I'm so jealous! All my clothes fit and I still look exactly the same. I was bigger to begin with though so it might be a while before I look more like baby less like fat. I did buy some mat clothes for Christmas ( to myself from hubby lol ) hoping they fit by then or soon after!!
