ok...i am just wondering...i just had my first baby her on July 11th and i wanted to know how long ones cycle may take to come back and how long it takes to become regular again. Please help me...i would like to be as prepared AS possible

Depends. Are you nursing on demand round the clock? I did that and mine came back as early as 10 weeks pp with DD, but I have friends who went to 14mos pp before they got their period.

what is dd?? no i am not nursing round the clock...what is af?? i am so lost on these things...

I am nursing around the clock and mine came back on Ferris' 1 month birthday. So I guess you never know when it will come back. I guess you should get prepared asap.

Mine came back when dd was almost 7 months old.

I exclusively nursed for 3 months and then went back to work f/t. I pumped 2-3 times a day and nursed my dd whenever I was home.
