Craving: Really into fruit with cheese lately

Snacks: Apples/pears/cucumbers and raw cheese (lots of cheese), banana with almond butter, sprouted bagels with raw butter (lots), eggs (sunnyside up or softboiled), avocado and cheese (with salsa) on toasted, sprouted bread

Healthy meals: We do a lot of baked meats (steak, chicken, etc. with butter and garlic) with vegetables (steamed broccoli, cabbage cooked in butter in skillet, salad with grated beet, carrots, cucumber and topped with brewer's yeast); sometimes a good turkey burger with tons of fixings

Getting hungry...
