Cravings: Fried foods, chocolate. Bad Lacie, bad.


Healthy snacks: I've been eating a ton of baby carrots and watermelon. Also fresh pineapple when I can get my hands on it! Delish!

Healthy meals: I made some really great chili last week--lots of beans for fiber and diced tomatoes for lycopene. Yummy! One of these days I'm going to make my South Beach chicken parmesan--I don't bread the chicken. I've also been making some yummy stirfries--lots of veggies.
