so how long is a graco snugride good for? the one we have is one of the deluxe ones with the eps foam. i was just wondering if it is worth keeping it around (rather than giving it away) if i was planning on having baby number 2 in maybe 2 yrs (making the carseat 3ish yrs old).

They're good for 6 yrs as long as they have not been in a crash and I would try to store it somewhere temperature controlled just to give it the best treatment.

great thanks. i was thinking i would put it in a cloth bag (to keep dust off) and then store it in the back of dd's large closet.
