Well, I started taking red raspberry caplets from my local Whole Foods after my most recent miscarriage. My chiropractor suggested it might be a good way to tone the uterus. I've been taking them for about 4 days and I think I'm having slight cramps. What gives? Is that normal? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/shrug.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="shrug"> Am I maybe taking too much?<br><br>
Also, I'm sure it has been discussed here before, but is it better to drink teas or take caplets when dealing with herbs like Red Raspberry?<br><br>
I must admit that I'm a bit scared of using herbs.....but trying desperately to get comfortable! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/bag.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Bag">:
