I keep feeling this way throughout the day. Some days not at all. I thought it was food at first but when I eat it gets worse. In fact as I was eating lunch I got light headed today.

Thoughts?

I am still early pg (10 wks or so) so the nausea is expected I am still so sick but the lightheadedness and dizziness is driving me crazy.

It could be related to your blood pressure. I had coffee for the first time since I got pregnant the other day, which spiked my blood pressure and made me feel light-headed and dizzy all day long (or at least until I cam down off of my high!!). Or maybe you're just tired - though why that would be I coudn't tell ya! If it persists over the next few days, you might ask your mw/ob, but I wouldn't worry about it.

I've been dealing with dizziness this pregnancy as well (I'm at 9w 2d) and I've got it narrowed down to either anemia or dehydration or a combination of the two.

I'm still nursing my 3 y/o so and it seems really hard for me to keep up enough fluids since my stomach seems to fill up quickly! I started drinking at night when I wake up as well as all throughout the day and that lessened the dizziness some.

But - I also noticed a reduction in the dizziness on the days I ate red meat - which made me think anemia since I have a history. So, I'm trying to also really work on upping my iron and vit C intake to keep up with that possibility.

i've had it with all my pregnancies, too. don't know what it's from, exactly, unless it has something to do with the amount of blood and fluid that has to be made/stored in your body...maybe you get lightheaded because the volume hasn't caught up to what you require?? it IS annoying...but i never actually passed out (except for when i was getting a tattoo, before i knew i was pregnant the first time). hope it passes quickly!!
