It is near impossible that I'm pregnant. Over the last 4 days I have felt light headed, like I'm going to pass out or something and this is sometimes accompanied by mild nauseau. I never really think I'm going to throw up but it kind of feels like being car sick to me. On the first day this started I thought I had just eaten too much sugar because we had a b-day party and I chowed on my favorite cake. Also, for those of you who will recognize me from the allergy board, these symptoms started on the last day I was consuming gluten so it's not a detox effect or anything. (I am not gluten intollerant - I am checking to see if my BFing DD is). I tend to feel better when I'm actually up and doing things - especially outside in the fresh cool air but it always comes back. My DH is convinced I'm anemic or something but these aren't really anemic symptoms and I don't have the main symptom of being exhausted (well, DD sleeps like crap, but other than that all is normal in the rested department).
I still my prenatal and also a cal/mag. I take CLO and probiotic when I remember, probably 4 times per week. Could I be deficient is something or is this some weird bug? I should mention that during the first day or two I also had some loose BM's which leads me to believe it could just be a bug but for the last few days my digestion has been pretty normal. Any ideas? TIA.

Anemia? I've been having episodes of dizziness/ lt headedness and I'm pretty sure that's what it is for me.

Hi Mary,

Have you had your neck adjusted? That helps me when I feel dizzy/nauseous. I second the anemia thing... my hematocrit was fine but ferritin was almost non existant, so I had no stores. After taking iron consistantly for a year or so, I'm much better. Also, lack of cumulative sleep is probably a factor... I'm just now starting to feel really good after A has slept for over a year.

I hope you feel better soon!!

Thanks you two.
Hi Cort!
I have not been adjusted in FOREVER - about a year. It's horrible. I really need to find someone more convenient for me because I'm desperately missing my chiro! Maybe I'll high-tail it up to Seattle tomorrow and make it happen. I will also buy some Floradix and see if that helps. Thanks so much for the feedback.
