Where is your fave place to buy (or print) lined paper?

I'm looking for paper for my 2nd grader.

We get paper at lakeshore www.lakeshorelearning.com. We get most of our stuff there, actually. I love their writing notebooks/journals.

We just use regular notebook paper. But if we need something specific I print it from here. You can adjust the size and darkness of the lines. Writing paper is at the bottom.

There are some very nice papers, both lined and unlined, in this Waldorf supplies site: Paper, Scissors, Stone

And gorgeous, child friendly, colored pencils with a triangular grip. We used colored pencils for everything.
