Hello again, i am getting very much into this site and i thank you all, although I am a little nervous about posting still.

I am just not understanding some expressions used ..such as 'ds'.

Im not sure whether its an american term or just one im not heard of before!

Another thing I am learning (how thick I am!) is how common it is to just circumsize babies is. It never happens in the uk, unless parents want it to for religious reasons or if for real medical reasons, it wouldnt be done routinely.
I cant think of anything worse, i would go crazy if someone did that to my son, its unheard of here.
It seems it doesnt matter where you goin the world, all places have good and bad points and funny little quirks, but I think thats really sad and really very abusive to the baby boys.

nip= nursing in public
bf= breastfed
ff= formula fed
ita= I totally agree
kwim= know what I mean
cd= cloth diaper
