There used to be a website hosted by ivillage that had a bunch of photos and instructions, but ivillage isn't hosting anymore, and a lot of people didn't move their sites.
I can tell you what I did; just take the side off the crib, adjust the crib mattress to the same height as the bed mattress, push the crib mattress against the bed mattress, and pack towels or sheets in any gap on the far side of the crib mattress to prevent the mattress from moving or baby from slipping into the gap. Also, no wheels on the crib.
