Are there any books or articles that specifically talk about building a literature based curriculum. I've seen this mentioned here or there, and I would like to look more into it. I think it makes sense for me since I'm heavily educated in literature.

I found tanglewood much more helpful, personally, than ambleside... though I know lots of people love ambleside more than anything!

Another good site is simplycharlottemason. Very helpful.

I just switched to a Charlotte Mason style a couple months ago. We're not completely, strictly, literature-based, but we've greatly upped that aspect of things and incorporated (or are in the process of incorporating) other CM ideas (in regards to narration, scheduling, planning, nature). DS is almost 11, and is really enjoying it.

For some reason I had the impression that the OP wanted free resources, but your right momtokea, that wasn't the request. We are using Sonlight and adore it! There is also Winterpromise and Tapestry of Grace.
