Max is head down and seems to be staying that way. He is also BIG...ish. Well, big for one of mine. My biggest baby was a boy born at 41+3. He was 7-14. The midwife estimates that Max (a really appropriate name it is turning out) is a good 5lbs now at 33 weeks-my fundal height was something like 37 and she palpated him well. If he continues on this growth curve he could easily be a 9lb baby which isn't huge by any standard other than I don't make babies over 8
Thankfully no one seems to care. Heck, I lost 7 lbs over the last two weeks and he is STILL a big boy.
So maybe I'll get a chunky monkey this time instead of my usual little scrawny-chicken legs.

I'm certainly not crying a river that pretty much all my weight gain (12 lbs) can be attributed to baby, boobs and belly.

"Locked and loaded" made me laugh! Hopefully he'll come shooting out fast - like a bullet!
