I just recently discovered that I am not the only person on Long Island who CD's. I am totally surprised

Its going to be a small party!! I am so new to CDing that maybe you could teach me a thing or 2! I am just getting enough diapers this week to cd all day. Up till now its been 50/50. Im so excited!! I know you meantioned you go to AC Moore for your supplies -thats so close to my house!!! I would love to get together ( MY DH is making me wait to bring my DD out until 8 weeks though

) hes a germ a phob!LOL

Me me. I'm not in LI, but just over the GWB in Bergen County, NJ. It only takes me 1/2 hour to Roslyn. I'll come, definately.

Ok, so for our party, we have:

Anyone else?????

It looks like we should probably have the meeting in Nassau since some people are coming from NJ and others live in central Suffolk. What do you all think?

I'll be away from July 3rd to July 8th. Maybe we can get together mid-July? What days and times are best for all of you?

Monday would really be awesome for me, because my mom comes on Mondays and she can pick up DD from camp so I can just bring DS and his diapers. WOO HOO. I am so psyched.

Holy Cow, I did not think there was 1 other CD'er in LI. I would love to meet up with you all. I am in Garden City either Nassau or Suffolk is fine for me.

I saw you got me on the list--hooray!

Audrey and I are in as long as we'll be in town! I have to bring dd with me (unless it's a night time event) because we have virtually NO sitters or relatives to watch her, plus it'll be good to let the kids entertain each other.

I've been a bad cd'er lately, so you all can help me get back on track, too. I'll also post this over at the LI finding your tribe board when we get a date...

Looking forward to having some local AP/CD moms and kids to meet! (We're in Baldwin, btw).

Oh, no night time please. I want to leave DD with my mom, and I can't at night, because she won't go to sleep without me. I mean, she will, but I won't let her because it makes her sad.

No I actually grew up in Staten Island, my DH is in the military we live in military housing. The housing is located right off of Stewart Ave near Nassau Community College. We love this location we are right near the Childrens Museum, our home away from home.
