DD is 15 mo and we need some part time child care for her. My work schedule is quite variable so I really need something flexible and affordable. We live in Roxborough but I travel for work so have some flexibility in that regard. I am extremely nervous about this since we wern't planning on sending her out of the home until age 2 or 3. We are non-vax, extended BF, organic diet, holistic, AP, non-conventional, typical MDC type family I guess so its very important so find a place or person in line with our parenting style. reccomendations?

I have an AWESOME sitter who is trying to pay her way through college.. She had to give a presentation for one of her classes this semester and did it in natural birth!! She did not mind breastmilk bottles, she wore my youngest in baby carriers, she is just wonderful! I can not say enough good things about her. I will PM you her email addy.
