I'm planning to birth at Morristown Memorial Hospital in NJ, currently I cannot afford typical Doula rates. I would really appreciate information on doulas that perhaps are in training and would consider lower rates.

I could post your info on the Metro Doula list for you if you want to find some novice doulas in your area or who will travel to you. If you want to PM me what you would want me to post (EDD, where you live/are birthing, price you can pay, anything important about the doula, and an email or number for people to contact you), I can post it and you'll likely get a lot of responses from newer doulas looking for more birth experiences.
