Looking for AP Caregiver

One of amazing friends who was going to help us out with our son in the new year is moving back East. We will miss her a great deal.

This is such a difficult step for my husband and I to take neither of us want to be apart from our little guy (who does!). In the new year he will return to work 3 - 4 days a week and as I work for myself, I am aiming to work about 3 days a week. This leaves us with needing help for 1 - 2 days a week.

It is so important to us to find an option that truly supports our values in parenting and the choices we have made. We very committed to AP and would love to see what options are out there on the Westside of Vancouver.

If anyone can recommend someone, we welcome your response.

Hi! I know how you feel, I've been exactly in the same position.
We had a nanny for our son, I don't know if I'd call her AP per se, but she is vegetarian, in favour of all natural, against junk in general, and has a very gentle way of discipline. I think she is working only 2 days a week now and may want to work 1 or 2 more days. She ain't cheap though. If you want more info PM me if you want.
