<p>Hi - I have a wonderful doula lined up for my birth center birth in Annapolis, MD. My doula is independent, however, and suggested I try to find someone who might agree to be a back-up, perhaps a newer doula looking to gain experience? I'm willing to pay a small retainer. Thanks!</p>
