Where can I find some good recipes for things like muffins, breads, pancakes/waffles, etc that involve soaking grains? I have a grain grinder (well, I have the dry container for the Vita-Mix ), and make my own kefir, so I have what's needed to grind my own flour and then soak it, but can't find actual recipes for doing anything ... I'm just winging it in terms of how much kefir/water to use for soaking my flour, how long to soak it, and then what to add to make a good muffin (for instance banana muffins or blueberry muffins). Any ideas? Thanks
